2 c. boiling water
1 c. regular oats uncooked
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
4-5 c. flour (I like bread flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oats and let sit for 1 hour. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add brown sugar, honey, salt, and butter. Add flour and knead. Form into smooth ball, place in greased bowl, turn to coat all surfaces, cover with tea towel or greased plastic wrap, and let rise in warm place until double in size. Punch down. Divide into 2 parts. Cover, let rise 10 min. Shape into 2 loaves, place in greased bread loaf pans. Cover, let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
