Crust:
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick oleo melted
Mix flour, pecans, and oleo. Pat crust into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Middle:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar; place on cooled crust.

Top:
3 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
Mix pudding and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Put rest of Cool Whip on top.

Chill 6 hours. May be frozen.
