1-1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 cup water
2 T. tomato paste
1 T. orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar Granular
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 package frozen mixed veggies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Rinse pork loin and pat dry. Mix water, tomato paste, orange juice concentrate, chili powder, salt, sugar and white vinegar in small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Place pork loin in foil lined 9x13 pan. Cover with half of glaze. Bake 15 min. Remove pork from oven. Cover with remaining glaze. Place veggies around pork loin. Bake an additional 15 min. or until veggies are hot and pork loin internal temperature reaches 160º.
