4 to 6 bananas (depending on size)
1 stick of butter, melted
2 sticks of butter softened
2 c. of crushed graham crackers
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large tub of whipped topping
1/2 c chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or mixed)
1 small jar of maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush up graham crackers and place in bowl. Melt one stick of butter and add to crushed graham crackers. Press into bottom of 13x9 dish.
2. Beat eggs, softened butter and powdered sugar for 15 minutes with an electric mixer. (*This tempers the eggs and makes them safe to eat.*) Spread over crust layer.
3. Slice bananas and lay over top of powdered sugar layer.
4. Spread crushed pineapple over bananas and then cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Cover and cool over night.
