1 -11 1/2 oz. pkg. milk choc, pieces, 1/2 C. walnuts(chopped); or pecans as substitute, 1/4 C. sour cream, 2 T. brandy or 1/4 tsp. brandy extract will substitue.1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 C. powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon.

In a heavy saucepan melt choc, pieces over low heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat. Stir in walnuts or pecans, sour cream, brandy or extract, and 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Cover & chill at least 2 hours or until choc. mixture is firm enough to shape into balls.
Line a baking pan with waxed paper; set aside. In a bowl combine powdered sugar, cinnamon, & the remaining 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Shape choc. mixture into 3/4" balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar mixture & place on prepared baking sheet. Greased baking sheet. Cover & chill until firm. Store truffles tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let stand at room temperature about 30 min. before serving. Makes 30 truffles.
