1/4 cup salad oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 16 0z. pkg. frozen flounder, turbot, sole whiting or other fish fillets partially thawed
1 lemon cut into 4 wedges for garnish

Directions:
Preheat broiler. In small bowl with fork, mix salad oil, lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper. Place fillets in broiling pan and broil basting generously with oil mixture occasionally. Broil 5-8 min. until fish flakes easily with fork. Place fillets on warm plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
