2 large packages of cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon

MAke a Zwiebck or graham cracker crust. Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add 2 whole eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream and add vanilla or lemon. Pour into unbaked crust and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes (NO MORE) at 350º.
