1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and apple sauce and beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients in thirds, alternating with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Turn into a greases loaf pan 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
