1-1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 teas. soda
1 teas. salt
1 teas. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1-1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix ingredients in order.

Grease 9 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 325º
