1 large bunch Collard Green leaves
2 tbsp. oil
salt & pepper
bacon grease
end scraps from baked ham bone

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly wash leaves in cold water in the sink to remove all dirt. Place about three leaves together, roll up & cut into 1 inch strips. Chop again across previous cut so that you now have about 1" cut squares. Cook covered in a small amount of salt water. Add 2 tbsp. of oil, salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
