2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
8 quarts popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a rolling boil and remove from heat. Add and stir in quickly 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. baking soda (it boils up a lot!)
Pour over popped corn in large roaster and put in 250º oven for one hour, stir every ten minutes.
