6 baking potatoes, baked
2 tbsp. oil
1 jar (15oz.) Cheez Whiz cheese dip, heated
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onion slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Cut cooked potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4inch thick shells (reserve centers).
2. Place shells, skin sides down, on baking sheet; brush insides of shells lightly with oil.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top evenly with cheez whiz, bacon bits, sour cream & onions.

Can also be made with pre-cooked French fries to make cheesy French fries. You can substitute Velveeta cheese or canned cheese soup for the cheez whiz. Use the reserved potatoes for potato soup.
