1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 clove garlic diced
1/4 c minced onions
1 pkg taco sauce mix
28 oz stewed tomatoes
4 oz can sliced black olives
4 oz can diced green chillies
1 pint sour cream
2 cups mozzarella shredded
1 c cheddar shredded
14 oz Taco chips (best not to use flavored chips)

Directions:

Brown garlic,onion in T of oil, add hamburger and brown. Add tomatoes,black olives, chill's and sauce mix bring to a boil.
In a greased 9x13 layer 1/2 taco chips on the bottom. Pour hamburger mixture over chips. Spread sour cream and mozzarella over mixture. Top with reaming chips. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Remove and top with cheddar cheese cook for 5 min.

You can cook ahead and after adding all ingredients to pan, refrigerate then cook later. This is very good!
