12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted with 2TB water
Crust: 1 cup sifted flour
1 beaten egg yolk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 TB melted chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
Filling: 4- 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
10 oz melted chocolate
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 TB vanilla
2 cups sugar
3 TB flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Crust: Cream sugar, flour and chocolate. Cut in butter till mixture is crumbly. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well. Pat dough on bottom and up 2/3 of 9 inch springform pan. Separate pan and bake bottom only at 400º for 5 min. Cool slightly and attach side of pan.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and chocolate until creamy. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and blend into cream cheese mixture. Add eggs one at a time. Gently stir in cream. Pour into crust lined pan. Bake at 425º for 12 min. Reduce heat to 300º bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hour until done-knife comes out clean. Cool and remove from pan. Chill for several hours. Top with whipped cream to serve.
