28-32 oz bag of defrosted shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

2 cups (1can) crushed Pringles potato chips

POTATO CASSEROLE


Mix top 8 ingredients
Spread in 3 QT baking dish (8 or 9 x 13)
Bake at 350 for 45-55 min.
Top with crushed Pringles and put bake in oven for 5-10 minutes until browned.

Hint: Easy way to crush Pringles is to put in Ziploc, remove most of the air and crush with hand or fist.

Make extra batch---great left over
