1 (15-oz.) can shoepeg corn
1 (15-oz.) can French style green beans
1 (10-oz.) can cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
black pepper (to taste)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from corn and green beans and place in medium mixing bowl. Add cream of celery soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix thoroughly adding pepper to taste. Spray a 9" x 9" baking dish with vegetable spray. Pour mixture in dish. Microwave stick of margarine in original mixing bowl for one minute. Crush sleeve of Ritz crackers into melted margarine. Mix and spread over vegetable mixture. Cook at 375º for 45 minutes.
