12 c rolled oats
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 c raisins*
1 c chopped nuts*
1 c nonfat dry milk
1 T salt
1/2 c sesame seeds*
1 c sunflower seeds*
1 c chopped dates or dried plums**
1 c coconut*
1/4 c flax seed*

(* optional ingredients)

Dressing:
1 c brown sugar
1 c honey
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. mapeline
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl - or bosch mixer.
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender. Add dates to blender to chop. Pour over Oat mixture. Divide between two jelly roll pans. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes. Store in an air tight container.

**The dates or plums add good flavor. If you do not like the texture blend them finely in the blender with the dressing.
