1 Betty Crocker Cake mix
1 can frosting
4 oz cool whip
sprinkles

Directions:

Make 24 cup cakes according to package directions. Cool. Mix frosting and cool whip together. Put into a pastry bag with a large tip. Working from the outside edge in circular motion swirl frosting onto cupcake. Stacking the frosting. Add sprinkles.

This are really fun and cute cupcakes. With The Betty Crocker brand cake mix the cupcakes raise up instead of lying flat. The frosting does not do well in hot temperatures.
