4 cups uncooked oatmeal (Not quick cooking)
1 1/2 cups wheat germ, preferably not toasted
1 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup powdered milk
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil or butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 Tbs. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. In a saucepan combine butter, honey and vanilla. Heat until butter is melted. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet, greased and bake at 250ºF for 1 hour or until golden grown. Stir occasionally while baking.
You can add not toasted sesame or sunflower seeds, nuts with the mixture while it bakes and dried fruits, raisins after it comes out of the oven. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
