1 lb. Round Steak
1 large can Red Chile Sauce or use 2 c. prepared Red Chile Sauce (see Tamales recipe)
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in hot skillet, then lower heat and simmer with garlic salt, oregano, cumin and pepper. When steak is tender add the red chile and simmer about 10 minutes more. Thicken red chile with a tsp. of corn starch if needed.

Serve with frijoles enteros and flour tortillas.
