1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 small very ripe bananas
3 T milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add milk and bananas. Thoroughly mix in flour, soda and nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 º for 45-50 minutes. Can also be baked in crockpot -covered on high 2 1/2 hours or until done.

Tip: Instead of bananas, use 1 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, and 1/4 tsp cloves.
