1 broiler chicken, cooked
3 or more medium potatoes, 1 inch cubes
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions
1 celery stalk
3 tbsp. flour, blended with water for thickening

Pot Pie:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
1 3/4 -2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken and put back in broth. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, onions and celery. Cook approx. 25 min. Meanwhile, make pot pie. Make stiff dough. Roll out on floured board as thin as possible. Cut into 1 inch squares. Bring broth to rolling boil and drop pot pie, a few pieces at a time into mixture. Cover kettle and simmer 20 minutes without lifting lid. May need thickening.
