1 24 oz. pkg. frozen chopped hash brown potatoes with butter sauce 2 tomatoes. sliced 1 large onion, sliced 1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. milk or cream
Layer the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cheese, salt, oregano and pepper in shallow 6 c casserole. Repeat, ending with tomato and cheese. Pour milk over. cover loosely with foil. Bake in 425 oven - 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and top is golden brown.
