1 can crab meat OR 1/2 lb. fresh cooked Crab

1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 oz cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. finely chopped green onion
1/4 tsp mustard
dash of salt and pepper

English Muffins (split) OR Sliced French Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo, cream cheese, egg yolk, green onion, mustard, salt and pepper, ALL TOGETHER. Add crab meat and spread on split rolls/ english muffins. Bake/Broil for about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
