Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup pecans

2nd layer:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

3rd layer:
2 package instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Topping:
Cool Whip and pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix flour, butter and pecans; pat into 9" x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
2nd layer:
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Place on cooled crust.

3rd layer:
Mix pudding with milk until stiff. Place on top of cream cheese mixture.

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle pecans on top.
