Crust:
2/3 cup flour
1 Tbs sugar
5 Tbs butter in pieces
Filling:
3, 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
2 eggs yolks
2 cup flaked coconut, more for topping
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract





Directions:
Directions:
For crust-combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter pieces. Gather in ball and press into a 10" springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly.
For filling-Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in coconut and whipping cream and flavorings. Pour into crust. Bake til edges are firm about 70 minutes. Cool completely. Remove from pan and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 4 hours. Top with toasted coconut.
