Crust:
3/4 cups butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour

Toppings:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar

Top with any fruit you want. We like strawberry, kiwi, banana, blueberry and pineapple

Glaze:
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup fruit juice (pineapple)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Crust:
Mix butter, sugar and flour. Pat onto pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is just starting to brown.
(If you want, you can use canned Pillsbury sugar cookie dough.)

Topping:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust.
Layer your choice of fruit over this.

Glaze:
Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil and thicken. Set aside until cool, then pour over the fruit.
