Cherry Pizza Recipe

For pie crust:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (6) graham crackers

For topping:
1 small package cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 can cherry pie filling (can use any fruit pie filling)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

For the crust:
Smash crackers into fine crumbs. In saucepan, melt butter and add sugar. Add the graham crackers; mix until all crumbs are coated. Press mixture into pie plate.

For the topping:
In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well blended.
Pour the mixture on top of graham cracker crust.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Pour pie filling over top and refrigerate till cold.
