1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green peppers - chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 10oz. package frozen cauliflower
1 2/3 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. green beans - drained
1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add stewed tomatoes and green beans. Break frozen cauliflower into pieces and add. Toss together lightly. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes of cooking garnish with cheese.
