3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks (beat well)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 bananas
1 baked pie shell
Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook while stirring over medium heat until it boils. Stirring constantly! Cook 2 minutes. Take off the heat, and yolks slowly. Return to heat and cook 2 minutes again. Take off the heat, add vanilla and butter. Cool to room temperature. Slice the bananas into the cooled pie shell. Cover with filling. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with whipping cream.
