2-3 lbs ground beefed, browned and drained well
1 Large Onion sautéed until golden
3 cans Tomato Soup
3/4 Can water
2 Pounds Pasta of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion until golden. Once golden, brown ground beef in the onion mixture. After draining the ground beef, add tomato soup and water. Stir over medium heat, until heated thru. Stir pretty often, as it tends to burn easily. Simmer on low until noodles are cooked. Combine sauce and noodles. Top with Parmesan or mozzarella cheese.

This is a weekly dinner at our house. My kids love this when they are sick or even when they were picky preschoolers. I think it's because it reminds them of The Lake! Kind of a mild recipe, not spicy at all. When cooking for the crowd, we use 1 pound of pasta per family. Double or Triple the sauce recipe if needed. Love, Aunt Janet xo
