A Whole Lot of peeling is required. 20 pounds generally feeds the entire Slavin Clan for Christmas Eve. He never really lets me see what's going in the recipe, and after peeling 20 pounds of potatoes for him, I'm the one peeling out of the kitchen! Love, Aunt Janet xo
