3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

TOPPING:
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients other than those for the topping. Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Mix well and turn into the buttered pan. Mix all the topping ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.

Maddie doubles this recipe and still uses a 9 x 13 pan....increase bake time by 15 minutes. This is the recipe that Aunt Barb and Uncle Mike Rhoads LOVE!!!
