1 1/2 Stick of Oleo
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Egg, slightly beaten
½ Cup Evaporated Milk
1 ½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 3 oz can of Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
ICING
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 Stick of Oleo
1 Box Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix 1st 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Boil 2 minutes.
2. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir into hot mixture.
3. In square baking dish; layer whole graham crackers; layer hot mixture; layer whole graham crackers. Refrigerate until cool. Top with icing.
4. Mix Cream Cheese and Oleo together. Add Powdered Sugar until smooth and Creamy. Spread over cooled Graham crackers. Refrigerate.
5. (The longer refrigerated the better.)
