2 small packages of pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
2 (20 ounce) cans of crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounce thawed Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with more pecans.
