3 T butter
2 T all-purpose flour
1 c heavy cream
2 (4 oz) cans shrimp, drained
1 (6 oz) can crabmeat, drained
1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook to make a smooth paste, about 5 minutes. Gradually stir in heavy cream. Continue to whisk the mixture until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and crabmeat. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Serve warm as a dip.
