Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cake household yeast
3 c. lukewarm water
1/3 c. lukewarm evaporated milk
1 T. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
8 or 9 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 cups flour into the above ingredients (using electric mixer) then add 3 more cups of flour and beat again. Then knead the rest of the flour in slowly so the dough is not to stiff. Let rise 1 hour then punch down by turning on a slightly floured board. Let rise 1 hour then pinch off in egg size pieces. Shape and using knuckles flatten to about 1/2" thickness. Put 12 on a pan (10x13). Let rise until double the size. Bake for 12 minutes at 450º. Brush tops with Crisco or butter. Slip off pan onto cloth and let stand. When next pan has finished baking, put first rolls into plastic bag and fold under leaving buns laying flat.

Personal Notes:
When working with dough rub some cooking oil on hands, so dough will not stick to them.
