8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
3/4 c. grated Parmesan (get the real stuff, not Kraft)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh garlic
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine as directed on package. While fettuccine is cooking, make alfredo sauce by heating butter and whipping cream over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble (should be a rolling boil). Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic. Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Drizzle over pasta, top with fresh parsley.
