2 cans refried beans (I use fat-free black beans)
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and well-drained
16 oz. shredded cheese (or more!)
1 tomato, diced
Chives (well chopped)
Sliced olives
Green Chilies (optional)

In a large casserole dish, layer the above ingredients in the following order:

Refried beans
Sour cream and taco seasoning (mixed together)
Kidney beans
Diced tomatoes
Green chilies

Serve with tortilla chips and beer!!!
