Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 Tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temp
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 c light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 pkg (17.3 oz/2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Place a 12-cup standard muffin tin on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
3. In a mixer, combine the 12 T butter with 1/3 c brown sugar.
4. Place 1 Tbsp of mixture in each muffin cup and distribute pecans evenly on top of butter mixture.
5. Lightly flour surface. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry with the fold going left to right. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/3 c brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Add raisins if desired.
6. Roll pastry up snugly, like a jelly roll, finishing the roll with seam side down.
7. Slice in 6 equal pieces. Place each piece spiral side up in 6 of the muffin cups. Repeat with second sheet of puff pastry to make 12 buns.
8. Bake 30 minutes until golden to dark brown. Allow to cool only 5 minutes and invert onto parchment paper, spooning filling onto buns.
9. Cool and serve.
