1 can salmon (partially drained)
1/2 container of egg beaters
1 dash salt, 1 dash pepper (a little more than usual)
1 heaping tbs. Frishes tartar sauce
8 inches of yellow mustard
1/4 of a whole onion
A little bit of diced dill pickle
1 whole sleeve of Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients completely. Cook patties in electric skillet. Pre-coat skillet with Canola oil. Cook at 325. Flatten. Don't flip until golden brown.

Joe used to make these for Carol and Cristie. It was a special treat and a way he showed his love. No one can make them just like him. Count yourself lucky to have this extra special and sentimental recipe (it's sacred). Oh, and yes, that did say 8 inches of mustard (that's the way Joe wrote it).
