Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked ham (sliced)
1 lb. pepperoni (sliced)
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. provolone cheese
1 lb. hard salami
5 loaves frozen bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread loafs. Grease them with crisco when first taken out of the freezer. After loafs are thawed out, roll them out in circles about 1/4 inch thick. Use flour on your counter top first so dough does not stick. After you roll it out, take one egg and one hand full of Parmesan cheese and mix it up with the egg. Coat the top side of the bread with egg and cheese mixture. Save some back for the outside of the bread when done. Now start process: put a row of ham, a row of mozzarella and a row of peep, a row of provolone, a row of salami and repeat process until full. Over lap rows by 1/4 as you go. When full start at one end and start to roll it up. After you roll it up, fold the ends in and baste the outside with the egg/cheese mix. If you run out of egg and cheese mixture, make more! Bake in oven @ 350 for 35 min. Check after 15 minutes to see if you need to switch racks.
