1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
4-6 pork chops
1 large can of mushrooms or large pkg of fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks, reserve liquid
3 Tbsp. molasses
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow bowl. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Remove chops from Pan and place in baking dish. Add mushrooms, green pepper and onion to pan and saute. Mix in pineapple and juice, molasses, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger. Pour mixture over pork chops and bake at 350 º for 1 hour. Serve over rice with snow peas or sugar snap peas.
