2-3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
reserve 1/2 can of soup for sauce
1/2 cup of milk
1 can rotel
2 cups cheddar cheese
fajita seasoning
2 packages (20) corn torillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except torillas. Place 1/4 c. of mixture on each corn torilla and roll up and place in baking dish. Mix remaining soup and small amout of milk and pour over enchiladas. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
