1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup ground blanched almonds
1 2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Chill the dough, roll with your hands to pencil thickness. Cut in to 2 -1/4" lengths. Form into crescents on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until set, but not brown. Cool on a pan. While slightly warm carefully dip in a cup of confectioners sugar & cinnamon which has been mixed. Bake at 325º for 14 to 16 minutes.
