3/4 cup crisco
2 1/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt into bowl. Remove 1/3 cup flour and mix with water to form paste. Cut crisco into remaining flour,. Add flour paste to crisco flour mixture. Mix and shape into ball. Place half of the pastry on floured board. Roll out. Line pie plan with dough. Fill with filling of choice. Roll out remaining dough in 10" circle. Place over filling. Trim. Prick top for steam vents.

Cook according to Pie directions.
