3 1/2 cups flour
1 dozen eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients in bowl and then add eggs and vanilla. Mix to make a thick batter.

Put oil in a fry pan (about 3/4 full). After oil gets hot, lower the heat. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls into the hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used up.

When cool sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
