Ingredients:
1 pound pasta (such as rotini)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
2/3 cup grated parmesan
1 bunch fresh basil, torn
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain when done. You can reserve a little pasta water to add to the sauce if needed. Place pasta in serving dish.

Meanwhile, heat oil in saute pan. Add garlic and sundried tomatoes. Saute for a few minutes and then add pine nuts. When pine nuts just start to brown, pour over drained pasta and toss with basil and parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste and if moisture is needed, add pasta water just a bit at a time.

Personal Notes:
The flavor of this dish is great. You can also mince and add shallots with the garlic and tomatoes. My measurements may be a bit off because the original recipe is packed away somewhere during remodel and I'm just winging it here. You get the idea though!
