4 whole chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 7 oz can Hormel chili (no beans)
½ lb. Mozzarella cheese
½ lb. Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
½ cup milk
1 doz corn tortillas
optional: sliced olives

Directions:

Wrap chicken in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Bone chicken and cut/tear into pieces. Save juices for sauce. Grate cheeses and set aside. Tear tortillas into pieces. Combine soup, salsa, chili, onions, milk and chicken juice. Grease large baking dish. Place layer of tortillas in dish, then chicken, then soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers ending with grated cheese on top. Add sliced olives to each layer if desired. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Bake at 300 for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
