1- 29oz can of peaches, drained, reserve juice
1 tsp baking powder
1 large vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 egg
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
3 tsp reserved peach juice (more if desired)
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 T. Butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
cinnamon and sugar mixture

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter 13 x 9" baking dish; set aside. Drain peaches and chop into bite size pieces; set aside. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, butter, egg and milk for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into baking dish. Pour chopped peaches over batter. Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice of peaches for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
